2. Service Description
Strategiaandin operates a real estate crowdfunding platform that allows natural and legal persons to participate in the collective financing of construction and real estate development projects in Colombia. The platform acts as an intermediary between investors and project developers, facilitating the investment process and distribution of returns.
3. Requirements for Use
To use Strategiaandin's investment services, you must: be of legal age (18 years old) under Colombian law, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, provide truthful and complete information during the registration process, comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (SARLAFT) requirements established by law. Use of the website for informational purposes does not require prior registration.
4. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks. By investing through Strategiaandin, you acknowledge that: invested capital may suffer partial or total losses, past returns do not guarantee future results, real estate projects are subject to market, construction, regulatory, and liquidity risks, Strategiaandin does not guarantee returns or capital repayment. We recommend consulting an independent financial advisor before making investment decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and software, is the property of Strategiaandin S.A.S. or its respective licensors and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Strategiaandin shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or investment decisions made by users. The information published on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Strategiaandin does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the absence of technical errors.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy and Law 1581 of 2012.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be initially submitted to a conciliation mechanism before an authorized arbitration and conciliation center in Bogotá D.C. If an agreement is not reached, the parties may resort to Colombian ordinary jurisdiction.
9. Modifications
Strategiaandin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall take effect from their publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the platform after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the same.
